Participate in a Public Listening Session on the Accessibility of King County Records and Licensing
King County Records and Licensing Services (RALS) is currently conducting an ADA Title II self-evaluation process to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We need feedback to improve accessibility of programs and services to King County residents with disabilities.
We will be holding two (2) virtual listening sessions for volunteers with disabilities who live in King County and would like to give feedback on the accessibility of RALS and other King County programs and services. We are prioritizing the experiences of community members who have one or more disability, especially those who also have BIPOC, immigrant and refugee, and LGBTQ+ identities. Listening sessions will be guided with questions about RALS and King County programs, services, and the overall customer experience. If you are a person who has a disability, requires accommodations and/or has access needs please register. The feedback provided will be documented and included in a corrective action plan that will guide accessibility priorities and improvement for RALS programs and services.
All participants will be compensated $100.00 for their time and participation at the completion of session.
Sessions will be held:

Zoom-Wednesday, December 14th
