He is an expert in employment law and workers’ rights and has represented victims of workplace discrimination, retaliation, and other unfair labor practices in both individual and class action cases.

His case history demonstrates that no matter who or which side he is representing, he will seek the most equitable outcome. Whitehead is the first disabled person President Biden has nominated to the federal judiciary and would join only a few current judges who also openly identify as disabled.
