Warm Hubs The cost of living crisis coupled with unprecedented energy price rises are of increasing concern to Nottingham Residents with millions of UK citizens anticipated to be in fuel poverty during the upcoming winter. As the cost-of-living and energy crisis develops Nottingham City Council are continuing to open their libraries as warm spaces for residents to access during the winter months. These welcoming spaces at the heart of our communities, offer somewhere for residents to go to keep warm and meet other people, with some offering refreshments, activities and advice.
