Thanks to our amazing supporters, we've achieved our Love Our National Parks Christmas appeal ([link removed]) target with still days to go! With help from The Big Give and generous pledgers you've raised over £5,200 to strengthen our campaign to fight for National Parks at this critical time.

More donations = more campaigning power

Even though our match funding pot has now run out please still make a donation towards the Love Our National Parks appeal if you are able: every additional donation from this point will strengthen our fight against the damaging policies that are putting our National Parks at risk.

Our ability to lobby and apply pressure is directly related to the funding that we receive from our sponsors and donors, so your donation really does make a difference.

Why we need to act now

You may have seen on the media in recent weeks that the situation in our National Parks is becoming more and more dire – with some National Park Authorities considering redundancies or selling off land.

Already this autumn, we’ve fought back against shocking new proposals in England to weaken hard-won planning protections that safeguard the National Parks. The very lungs of our country are under threat.
