Friend, the campaign is coming up fast, so I’ll get right to the point.
I just got off the phone with LPC National Director Azam Ishmael about our Q3 fundraising numbers in these last few days of July. Strong grassroots fundraising early in this quarter will directly impact critical spending decisions for the upcoming election campaign – which kicks off in just a few short weeks! That’s why our July fundraising deadline is so important.
We need to keep up the incredible momentum we saw in Q1 and Q2 – our strongest-ever first half of the year for grassroots fundraising. With Andrew Scheer and his Conservatives pledging to roll back our progress, we need to keep up the pressure so we can continue building competitive and successful Liberal campaigns all across Canada.
Take a quick look at the Q3 numbers from last year, friend. Even though the Conservatives spend millions more on fundraising costs, we know we need all hands on deck:
Our own Q2 results will be out any day now, and with Q3 already well underway, we’re counting on you, friend.
4,168 Canadians have already chipped in and I’m counting on you to join them, friend.
Chip in now to support the 2019 Re-election Fund and help Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team earn another mandate from Canadians this fall.
