Dear John,

On the afternoon of Sunday, December 11th, we will be celebrating the life of Betty Smith, former head of International Publishers and longtime party leader, who passed away earlier this year. The memorial will take place at 1 PM Eastern / 12 PM Central / 10 AM Pacific.

We hope you will join Betty's family, the staff of International Publishers, along with her friends and comrades as we remember her life and honor her longterm commitment to the struggle for peace, equality, and socialism.

The hybrid event will be held both on Zoom and in person at the Henry Winston Unity Hall (235 W 23rd St., 7th Floor, New York, NY 10011).
