Thank you very much for your support of our work on behalf of young people to secure a safe climate.
As we work to reach our year-end fundraising goal of $165,000, we’d love to say thank you “in person” to all of you who’ve helped us in so many ways over the years, so we’re hosting an informal online gathering next Thursday, December 8th to do just that!

On Thursday, December 8th, join Julia Olson (our Executive Director and Chief Legal Counsel) and Lou Helmuth (our Deputy Director) for a “virtual fireside chat” about how your support drives our work each and every day and enables our steady progress toward the critical goal of securing the constitutional right to a safe climate for children around the world. Among other topics, we’ll discuss:
* The first constitutional climate trial ever in the U.S. beginning on June 12, 2023: Held v. State of Montana
* Next steps in Juliana v. U.S.: the groundbreaking federal lawsuit against the U.S. government
* Progress in our youth-led climate cases in multiple states
* Setting scientific standards for climate stabilization at the European Court of Human Rights and individual nations’ courts
* The necessity of durable legal protections for a safe climate.
