I am as surprised as you are to see that Republicans are starting their attacks this early — but we cannot afford to only play defense this time around.

Democrats have to be proactive about holding on to our House majority because if they’re coming after me — then you can bet that they’re coming after our most vulnerable members — newly elected Democratic frontliners.

I’ve pledged to help California frontliners protect their seats by raising $5,000 for them each month. This month we’re short of that goal by $2,298.
