The Black of Center Holiday Market is now open for registration and vendor applications. Come indulge, kiki, build community, and support Black-owned businesses this holiday season!
In 2021, members of our RiseOut Advocacy Council created the Black of Center Holiday Market to convene and support Black LGBTQ+ creatives, artists, and makers in New York. This time of year is an especially valuable opportunity to center, celebrate, and support Black-owned businesses, and channel the flood of holiday shopping towards our community instead of big box stores.
Last year’s market featured beautiful housewares and candles, cozy scarves, handmade jewelry, eye-catching art, and more. We can’t wait to bring you more wonderful treasures this year from Black creators and entrepreneurs in our community!
Ready to showcase your Black queer creativity? Apply to be a vendor by Friday, December 10, 2022. With any questions about the application process, please email Trevon Mayers at [email protected].
