Dear John,
From everyone at Farm Sanctuary, including Pippa lamb and the nearly 700 other rescued animals who live at our sanctuaries, thank you so much for participating in our Giving Tuesday matching gift challenge!
Caring friends like you ensured that farm animals would not be forgotten on this special day of global charitable giving. And, because of your generous support, we met our campaign goal just in time for our deadline.
The Giving Tuesday contributions we received will allow Farm Sanctuary to bring farm animals in need into the peace and freedom of sanctuary and give them a lifetime of love and specialized care. Currently, nearly 700 rescued farm animals are healing, thriving, and living the happy and healthy lives they deserve.
Of course, your impact goes far beyond our two sanctuaries — helping us expand our humane education programs into more schools, challenge the horrific abuses of animal agriculture in court, and advocate for farm animals in legislatures across the country and as a member of Senator Cory Booker’s working group to end factory farming.
Thanks to you, we are moving toward an end to the terrible harm animal agriculture causes to animals, people, and the planet, and a day when every animal can live like the residents of Farm Sanctuary.
So thank you, John, for your dedication to making the world a better place — and for keeping farm animals in your heart on Giving Tuesday and every day.
Yours for farm animals,
|

P.S. There are many ways to help farm animals throughout the giving season! As you prepare for the holidays, consider trying a vegan meal for a day, baking a holiday treat using plant-based milk or egg substitutes like applesauce, or encouraging a friend to follow Farm Sanctuary’s work.
P.P.S. Miss the Giving Tuesday matching gift challenge? You can still donate to support Farm Sanctuary right now and put your gift to immediate work helping us build a more just and compassionate world for farm animals everywhere.
