"I live in Texas," Herschel Walker told a group of University of Georgia
College Republicans in a speech earlier this year, according to CNN. Later
in the same speech, Walker told about his decision to run for the Senate,
saying "And that’s the honest truth. As I was sitting in my home in Texas,
I was sitting in my home in Texas, and..."

Soon-to-be-Senator John Fetterman outed Dr. Oz as a New Jersey con man
with no business representing the people of Pennsylvania -- and won the
election that kept Democrats in control of the Senate.

With our help, Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock's campaign can do the same
in Georgia as his campaign fans out across Georgia to Get Out The Vote
before the runoff election ends this coming Tuesday. If Warnock wins,
Democrats will have a true 51-49 Senate majority -- with much more power
than with a 50-50 tie.

Georgia, win the 51st Senate seat, and make Joe Manchin’s vote less
relevant. Can you split a donation between Rev. Warnock’s campaign and the
PCCC today, before Early voting ends on Friday? Click here.

Another powerful way to help is by [ [link removed] ]calling Georgia voters to Get Out
The Vote now through Election Day on Dec 6. Sign up here!

Walker's problems may go deeper than his words in a speech. The U.S.
Constitution requires officeholders to live in the state in which they’re
elected.

The Texas Tribune reports that, "According to Tarrant County, TX property
and tax records, Walker claimed a homestead exemption on his four-bedroom
home in Westlake, TX in 2021 and is expected to do so again this
year...Under Texas law, homeowners can claim a homestead exemption only on
their primary residence."

To make matters worse, a brand new CNN review found that "Walker appeared
on Fox News and other conservative media from his Texas home at least four
times after announcing his candidacy for Georgia’s Senate seat."

John, the PCCC is mobilizing thousands of people to Get Out The
Vote in Georgia, win the 51st Senate seat, and make Joe Manchin’s vote
less relevant. And PCCC members have already donated more than $100,000 to
keep Rev. Warnock in the Senate and send Herschel Walker packing. But we
can do more!

[ [link removed] ]The December 6 runoff ends just days from now. Can you split a donation
between Rev. Warnock’s campaign and the PCCC today, before Early voting
ends on Friday? Click here.

And, [ [link removed] ]call key Georgia voters to Get Out The Vote this Friday, Saturday,
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday -- right up until the polls close!

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
