DWC Releases Biennial Report to Legislature

DWC submits its biennial report [ [link removed] ] to the 88th Texas Legislature in accordance with the Texas Labor Code. This report provides an update on the Texas workers' compensation system and briefly describes legislative recommendations to improve the state?s ability to effectively and efficiently regulate the workers' compensation system.
