It's officially election year!
Welcome to 2020, Team Cori! I hope you all had a great holiday season with your families and are ready to kick it into high gear now that we are officially in election year. These next eight months are going to fly by as we continue spreading the word about the Cori Bush campaign.

Do you have your calendars ready? Here's a look at the volunteer opportunities we have coming up for the month of January:
Campaign Roles:
Town Hall/Listening Tour Committee - We are looking for five volunteers to assemble a Town Hall/Listening Tour Committee. This committee will work with the events team to nail down the dates, topics, and venues for monthly Town Hall/Listening Tour community meetings. If you are interested, please contact [email protected].
House Party Hosts - Are you interested in hosting a meet and greet for friends and family to meet Cori and learn about the campaign? Sign up for a December or January date by reaching out to Stephanie at [email protected].
Volunteer Meeting:
All Hands Volunteer Meeting Saturday, January 18th: 3pm-5pm - Now that we are officially in election year, it's time for us to ramp up our efforts and make the most of the short months ahead of the election. Join us at campaign headquarters for updates on the campaign's progress and upcoming initiatives. Do you have any ideas or suggestions to help push the campaign toward success? Town Hall:
College Debt Town Hall Sunday, January 26th: 3pm-4:30pm - It's time for our first Town Hall of 2020! Cori supports tuition free state universities and cancelling student debt. How would you and your family be personally affected by an opportunity to go to college tuition free? Do you have your own college debt story? Join us to be a part of the conversation, we would love to hear from you. Sign up here.
Phone Banking:
Voter Calls: In order to win this election we need your help to contact voters across the district. For those we can't reach at the door we will reach by phone! Phone banking is fun and rewarding. Join Cori Bush and the campaign staff and volunteers as we smile and dial our way to victory! Sign up here.

Donor Calls: If we've learned anything from the Bernie Sanders campaign, it's the power of a large number of modest donations. Join us to call donors and remind them that every donation counts in a grassroots campaign, and that the Cori Bush campaign is one worth supporting! Connect with donors to share your passion for the Cori Bush campaign and collect contributions. Sign up here.

Canvassing:
Saturday Canvasses: Come out and canvass with us—and bring a friend or two! We’ll start with a 15 minute training at campaign headquarters, then pair up and go knock on some doors. Come hydrated, with a charged phone and comfortable walking shoes, and the rest will be provided by the campaign. Sign up here.
