Today is World AIDS Day. As The Center’s HIV & Sexual Health Services Manager, I’d like to share an update from our community and invite you to recognize this important day alongside LGBTQ+ New Yorkers.
The Center was established in the midst of the AIDS crisis, and HIV support and prevention has been a cornerstone of our work ever since. We are grateful for the strength and dedication of our community members who bring this work to life by spreading hope, battling stigma, and keeping up the fight against persistent inequities. And we hope that you, too, will find what you need at The Center this World AIDS Day—from holistic services, to advocacy opportunities and beyond.
In solidarity,
Brandy Andrews
HIV & Sexual Health Services Manager
