Joe Biden just confused Iran and Iraq in what was billed as a major speech on foreign policy -- his supposed strength.
In this C-SPAN video, he says twice, “Iran’s parliament. Iran’s parliament voted to eject all Americans and coalition forces in the country.” It was Iraq.
Joe Biden is the least safe choice if we want to defeat Trump. It is malpractice to nominate someone seen by many voters as consistently presenting an unclear argument, out of touch on racial and gender issues, wrong on the biggest foreign policy mistake of our time, and reeking of backroom deals with corrupt politicians and big corporations. To defeat the most corrupt president ever, we need an anti-corruption outsider who can eloquently make the case for a bold progressive vision.
Voters need to know that Biden is our worst foot forward -- before voting begins in 27 days.

And, this is just one of many out-of-touch comments we've seen from Joe Biden this past year:
- On Thursday, Biden said Clinton should have taken the high road on the Access Hollywood tapes. Really?
- Biden got criticism for calling women candidates "angry"
- To relate to racial strife last year, Biden made up a "gang leader" he once knew named Corn Pop. Many black leaders mocked him.
- In response to a debate question about the legacy of slavery, Biden's rambling answer included an old racist idea about how parents of color don't know how to raise their kids: "It’s not that they don’t want to help -- They don’t know what quite what to do" he said. His answer? “Leave the record player on at night” to teach kids more words...
- When fondly recalling days of greater civility in the Senate, Biden invoked memories of working with two staunch segregationists to "get things done."
- Biden has been recorded making old fashioned, sexist jokes to young women, like saying "I'll bet you're as bright as you are good-looking" to a 10-year-old, and telling men they have "great taste" while looking their wives up and down.
- After immigrants confronted Biden at a recent campaign event about Obama's record of deportations, Biden told the speaker, "You should vote for Trump."
- Last Thursday, Biden implied the solution to sexism was...nominating him. Emily's List's VP Christina Reynolds rebutted.
