In a second, I’m going to ask you to make a contribution before our first deadline since Election Day. I know our team has asked a lot of you -- especially ahead of the election -- so first, I want to explain why I’m asking.

First, I want you to think about everything we did to land our victory in NJ-11 this year. We built a strong volunteer team and field operation. We knocked on doors and made phone calls. We distributed yard signs and voter literature. We got ads up on the air. We prepped for tough debates. 

Our work extended beyond the congressional -- with our municipal and grassroots partners we helped deliver wins in Essex, Morris, and Passaic Counties. 

Morris and Essex Counties flipped key local seats. We engaged students and taught them how to organize and how to reach their peers with tools like the Students4Mikie TikTok. We held trainings with new volunteer leaders who wanted to get involved for the first time. Because of your investments, we were able to elect leaders at every level who are committed to helping families across New Jersey. 

These strong wins across NJ-11 are because we started preparing for it early on. 

The other side isn’t going to take it any easier on us next time around, so we need to start getting ready now -- just like we did for 2022.

It’ll be tough, but I’m used to a difficult mission. I’m a former Navy helicopter pilot, federal prosecutor, and a mom of four kids.

I know this team is up to the challenge, too, because we just won a really tough race after months of organizing, working together, and never giving up.
