We wanted to make sure you saw Attorney General Ellison issued an opinion ruling lunch shaming as illegal under Minnesota law.

This ruling is an important step forward in ending the demeaning practice of differential treatment for students with unpaid lunch balances. Every child deserves to have access to free meals at school.
