Herschel Walker for Senate The Senate needs Herschel’s vote to stop Dems from
doing their darndest. You need him so we can keep America great.

John,

By now you know Herschel Walker is in the fight of his life. He's gearing up
to face off against the socialist Democrat, Raphael Warnock, in a December 6th
Senate runoff that will determine the extent to which Democrats have control
over the Senate.

I think a lot of folks, yourself included perhaps, may be thinking that this
race isn't important given that Democrats have 50 votes plus Kamala Harris'
tie-breaking vote – effectively giving them control of the Senate. If you're in
this mindset, then you're the audience I'm hoping to reach today. This race
isn't over, and it would be extremely bad form to leave Herschel Walker on the
field, alone, in the final hours of his race.

Disclaimer: At the end of this email, I'm going to ask you to chip-in $5 to
help keep Herschel's campaign funded through December 6th.

But first, I'm going to give you five reasons why your donation is needed now
more than ever.
* Absences: Absences in the Senate happen from time to time, due to health
reasons or otherwise. If we can get Herschel elected, Republicans and Dems will
each have 50 seats – leaving Democrats with no margin for error. If a Democrat
is out sick with the flu and cannot vote, Dems cannot pass legislation. If
Herschel loses, Dems have a cushion.
* 2024: The 2024 map for Democrats is tough. If Herschel wins on December
6th, Republicans start the 2024 cycle from a position of strength. If we have
50 seats going into 2024, we can devote even more resources to West Virginia
and Montana (both deep red states) where Democrat senators will be seeking
reelection.

* Judges: With a 50/50 Senate, the Senate Judiciary Committee will have equal
numbers of Republicans and Democrats – allowing us to force Democrats to only
consider the most consequential nominations. If Warnock wins, Democrats can
confirm anyone they want.
* Federal nominations: With a 50/50 Senate, Republicans will have leverage
over who can win confirmation to lead federal agencies. With a 50/50 Senate,
we'll get less Elizabeth Warren-type nominees and more “level-headed” options
to give the thumbs up or thumbs down to.
* 6 years: If Herschel Walker wins on December 6th, he'll serve for the next
6 years. If we don't get Herschel over the line,it could have an impact on who
controls the Senate for the next 6 years. If we're at 49/51, it will be that
much harder to win back the Senate in 2024 and retain it in 2026 and 2028. We
simply cannot afford to lose this race. We all hoped for a different outcome on
November 8th. But wishing for a different outcome while we still have a chance
on December 6th would be foolhardy. That's why I'm asking you to chip in $5
today.

I want Herschel to win. The Senate needs Herschel's vote to stop Democrats
from doing their darndest. You need him so we can keep America great.

Will you do me a personal favor and contribute to Herschel's campaign today? I
promised him I would do my best to raise $100,000 for him, and I hope you'll
help me deliver on that promise.
