The wait is over: Dec. conference is this weekend!
We finally know the results of the midterm election. After months of preparing, CCL’s free, virtual December conference is this weekend! This is your chance to find out what CCL has in store for 2023, and what we’ll be asking Congress for. In addition to all of the cool speakers, workshops, and seminars we mentioned in the previous Weekly Briefing, you can also look forward to our virtual Action Team Fair on Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. ET. This fair will include 41 of CCL’s Action Teams, and the opportunity to pop in and learn more about each. Attendees can also check out the conference reception on Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. ET. We’ll also have a virtual mixer for students on Dec. 2 at 5 p.m. ET. During the conference, you’ll hear from members of Congress and distinguished speakers, such as Sen. Tina Smith (D-MN), Rep. Paul Tonko (D-NY20), former U.S. Representative Carlos Curbelo (R-FL), high school senior and Group Co-Leader Gigi Santo, Research Manager of Climate Policy at the Niskanen Center Shuting Pomerleau, and many others. We have so many fun and informative events planned. Register now and make sure you have the skills and information to make an even greater difference in 2023!
