Yesterday was Giving Tuesday, John, and I’m here to share some amazing news from Brady: A group of committed donors has offered to EXTEND our $100,000 Giving Tuesday match – but only until midnight tonight!
Giving Tuesday is such an important time for Brady. The contributions made today account for a significant portion of their budget that will fuel their critical work to end gun violence. And thanks to our rare match opportunity, you can make TWICE THE IMPACT. That's why I'm personally reaching out to you now: Please make a gift before Giving Tuesday ends at midnight — it will be DOUBLED up to $100,000 to pass common-sense legislation that will save lives from gun violence.

Our country witnessed three of the worst mass shootings in memory just this summer. I thought we would do something after 19 kids and two teachers were killed in Uvalde, TX, yet still, so many of our lawmakers sit idly by. I’m done waiting for change, and I know you are too, John.
I was only 18 when my father was shot and killed at his office. My life changed forever on that day, and I decided then and there to do whatever I could to prevent more senseless gun deaths – in short, this fight is personal.
As a gun violence survivor, I honor my dad’s memory by working with Brady, standing by other survivors, to prevent more senseless gun deaths. I know they’re just as dedicated as I am to ending this epidemic and we need you with us now, more than ever.
Brady is fighting for life-saving policies like an assault weapons ban and expanded background checks. Day in and day out, they're standing up to the gun lobby in Congress, and they're getting results.
But they can't keep up this work without support from people like you, so I've got to ask again: Will you make a Giving Tuesday gift now to help pass common-sense, life-saving gun reforms? All gifts made before midnight will be doubled up to $100,000.

I work with Brady because they’re tenacious and dedicated, just like my team and I are on the court. I am proud to stand beside so many other gun violence survivors and their families pushing this movement forward. Thank you so much for supporting Brady. Your gift will make a life-saving difference.
