Dear John,
Wow! I am blown away by your support of OLCV this Giving Tuesday. Our entire team is so grateful for your commitment to our work protecting Oregon’s people, places, climate, and environment. We can’t do it without you.
Good news–if you didn’t get a chance to donate yet and take advantage of our match (x3 for new monthly donors!), there’s still time! We’re extending the match until midnight tonight! Click here to donate: [secure.everyaction.com/ivFsm2S180CTMoRsSmbBZw2]
We’ve all experienced the impacts of climate change firsthand in recent years–worsening wildfires, poor air quality, extreme heat, and drought. In this year’s election, voters across the state responded to the stark difference between candidates on climate change and elected pro-climate candidates in races from local to statewide.
But winning elections is only the first step. When the legislature convenes in January, we’ll be working alongside our partners to pass a slate of environmental priorities, while defending against rollbacks to our progress. We’re building the resources now that we need to pass our climate and environmental priorities during the 2023 Legislative Session.
Will you make a donation today to ensure that we have the resources we need to hit the ground running in 2023? If you give before midnight tonight, your gift will be doubled (or tripled if you start a new monthly donation)! Donate: [secure.everyaction.com/ivFsm2S180CTMoRsSmbBZw2]
I am so grateful for your dedication to our work protecting Oregon’s natural legacy, electing pro-environment candidates to office, and holding our elected leaders accountable. You make our work possible.
Sincerely,
April Christenson
