Last Call: 98th Annual Meeting A key event for the Arlington business community, the 98th Annual Meeting will celebrate the Chamber's accomplishments of 2022, while looking ahead to what's to come in 2023. Randy Clarke, General Manager and CEO of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority will serve as the keynote speaker. Clarke joined the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) as General Manager and CEO in July 2022. Attendees will hear about his plans for WMATA, what a return to service will look like, and how the business community can support those plans.  The event will also include the presentation of the prestigious Chair's Award, President's Award, and Committee of the Year Award.
