Filling judicial vacancies with “rule of law” judges is reason six to re-elect Senator Warnock. A majority of 51 Senators equals swift confirmation of judges—District Court, Circuit Court and Supreme Court—without delay, or gummed up proceedings in the Judiciary Committee.
