Congress has yet to pass full government funding for next year and this spells trouble for one of our largest pay increases in history, agency funding and staffing, and for being able to keep the government running.

It is imperative that Congress get to work, NOW, to secure full government funding so that we see that 4.6% pay increase and avoid the unnecessary hardship of a government shutdown.
