Friend,

We’re only a week into the new year — though it feels like a lot more — and already so much is on all of our minds.

In just the first few days of 2020, we’ve witnessed a dangerous escalation in military tensions with Iran with the President’s decision to kill a top Iranian general, a new front in conservative attacks on a woman’s right to choose with 200 Republican lawmakers urging the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, and the impact of climate change made devastatingly clear in places like Australia where wildfires are ravaging the landscape, wildlife, and entire communities.

It’s a lot to think about, especially as we move closer to perhaps the most consequential elections in our lifetime this November — a chance to elect leaders who will take these issues seriously and do what’s right by the people they represent in the House, Senate and Oval Office, before it’s too late.

With so much on the line, I want to get a sense of what your biggest concerns are right now as we kick off the year. Take my January 2020 Priorities Survey now to share your thoughts with me and my team.

Know that as we confront these monumental challenges, we’re facing them together. I’m looking forward to taking some time to read your responses as I continue to work hard in Congress.

Thanks,
