So much is at stake in 2023. Gridlock in Congress means the fight for so many of our rights has gone to the states. Health care, higher wages, abortion — all protections where voters are fed up with Washington and want to pass the policies they need here and now.

Ballot measures are allowing them to do just that, but extremist officials are catching on — in Mississippi, South Dakota, Arizona, Arkansas, and now Ohio.
