The Innocence Project relies on grassroots donors like you to support our groundbreaking work to free the innocent and transform our legal system. Our supporters play a huge role in helping us work on behalf of folks like Herman Williams, who spent nearly 29 years behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit before we were able to help prove his innocence, or Mallory Nicholson, who was exonerated in June after 21 years of wrongful incarceration.

The truth is that the work we’ve done to free people like Mr. Williams, Mr. Nicholson, and hundreds of others wouldn’t have been possible without this community of people like you, each chipping in to make this all possible.
