Together, we are making significant change at the local, state, and federal levels. President Biden recently pardoned every person with simple marijuana possession charges at the federal level. Equally important, he’s encouraging governors to take similar action at the state level too.
We’ve also decriminalized drug possession in Oregon under Measure 110; advocated for New York City to open the nation’s first legally sanctioned overdose prevention centers, which are already saving lives; and helped pass the MORE Act in the House, which would end the federal marijuana prohibition and begin to repair the harms done to our communities.
Now we’re fighting to pass the companion Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act in the Senate, and we need the power of support from supporters like you to keep up the fight!
Please unite with fellow DPA supporters around the country and make a gift before MIDNIGHT that will TRIPLE to help build health-based alternatives so everyone can work, parent, have a home, and live freely, regardless of drug use.
