Throughout the entire runoff, we’ve approached GOTV from every angle, John. Here’s part of our data-driven, comprehensive plan to win:
Angle 1: Remote Voter Contact
WFP has the technology, infrastructure, and national network of volunteers to support our plan in Georgia in meaningful ways. With enough resources, our remote voter contact program will make millions of voter contact attempts through peer-to-peer texting, relational organizing, and phone banking.
Angle 2: Canvassing
Our canvassing team is already on the ground, connecting with voters at an average of about 2,000 doors daily. With enough funding, we could escalate that to 5,000 doors a day. The important conversations that happen at the doors can create a lasting impact.
Angle 3: Digital Organizing
Digital organizing will allow us to reach voters we might not have been able to connect with otherwise, especially in rural communities. We select all our digital spending through a balance of immediate strategic needs and long-term program growth and organizing opportunities to keep our movement growing.
Angle 4: Culture Organizing
We will create an environment of courage and celebration through music, supporting and encouraging voters to get out the vote. Not only has this tactic proven to be successful both on the ground and online — it also makes voting the ✨ vibe.✨
