A message from Team Ferguson: We have less than two weeks until Washington state law requires a mandatory “freeze” on all fundraising for state elected officials — including Bob. This freeze begins one month before the state legislative session begins and lasts as long as the legislature is in session.
In other words, Bob cannot accept any campaign contributions from December 10th until next Spring. We turn off our donation page after midnight on December 9th, 2022 and return any donations that come in the mail — no exceptions!
Contribute now to support Bob before the freeze.
Earlier this year, I rejected a national deal and took opioid distributors McKesson Corporation, Cardinal Health, and AmerisourceBergen to court. As a result, Washington is receiving significantly more money —
over half a billion dollars.
Starting this Thursday, these dollars will go directly toward repairing the harms of the opioid epidemic. These resources will expand treatment options and increase youth-focused prevention programs and other evidence-based treatment options to combat this epidemic.
Every day I take on the big fights to hold everyone, including Fortune 15 companies, accountable to the rule of law.
On December 10th — less than two weeks from today — Washington state law requires a mandatory “freeze” on all fundraising for state elected officials, including me.
That means we’ll turn off our donation page and return any checks that come in the mail.
We need to raise $100K before the freeze begins to be prepared since I won’t be able to raise a dime until the Spring. Can you make a donation of $10 or more today to support our campaign?
Thank you,
Bob
