This annual celebration will not only commemorate both my mother’s and my birthdays but will be a great opportunity for New York City Democrats to mingle and celebrate our victories in 2022. This year is particularly special because we’re celebrating Dr. Clarke’s 80th birthday!
Not only will this celebrate my mother’s 80th, but it means the world to my mother and me that we can mingle and celebrate with our friends, supporters, and neighbors.
This is going to be a particularly fun event after an election year that brought us myriad Democratic wins across the board, including my own re-election and the re-election of my friend Kathy Hochul. My friend Hakeem Jeffries is also slated to become the first Black leader in House history!
