For 25 years, we have defended all Americans’ religious freedoms, parental rights and other civil liberties, all at no charge. And we remain vigilant in meeting and overcoming challenges, bringing victory to our clients by protecting them against powerful forces arrayed against them... Public, private, local, county, state, federal, etc....
One horrible California bill just signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom has the potential to metastasize to other states. I call this the “Kidnappers’ Protection Law,” because it allows a child to be kidnapped from their lawful guardian in another state and then smuggled into California and the kidnapper will not be prosecuted! The child will not be sent back to their parents if the reason the child was kidnapped was for the purpose of “changing the child's gender.” This could include hormone shots and possibly mutilation surgery, all without parental consent.
But, the war is not over. PJI is here, vigilantly, to help parents fight back and stand up for their rights to protect their children.
