John, Donald Trump yet again is getting involved in our race.

Yesterday, at 2:30 in the morning, he posted on Truth Social saying that our election was fraudulent, compared it to the 2020 presidential election he lost, and even said: “Kari Lake should be installed Governor of Arizona.”

John, this same type of language led to the violent Capitol insurrection on January 6th. Not only that, but it also proves again that Donald Trump and Kari Lake would rather double down on unhinged election-denying strategies of crying foul rather than respectfully admitting their loss – even if it has dangerous implications on our democracy.

The voters have spoken and this race has been called, but Donald Trump and Kari Lake aren’t stopping anytime soon. So we need to be ready to respond and ensure truth prevails. Because as long as their lies and conspiracies continue, we’ve got to keep fighting to protect our democracy and the will of Arizona voters.
