Hello
From everyone at the Ayni Institute, we hope that you are doing well and staying warm this holiday season as we transition into winter soon!
If you have been touched or supported by our work and would like to contribute, we are asking that you please
donate to Ayni this Giving Tuesday ([link removed]) . Your donations will help us continue to collaborate with our Indigenous elders and support activists and organizational leaders that are on the frontlines of social movements as we continue with our trainings, research, and organizational incubation work.
This year has been especially beautiful for our institute because it has marked the return of spring for us as an organization. The last couple of years have been difficult not just for us but for everyone as we have had to retreat and learn to navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and how this has impacted our work.

In the last year we have launched our online educational platform, the Ayni School ([link removed]) , which has grown to 5 courses that can help social movement leaders and people engaged in social change be more strategic and engage social change work in more ecological ways. We have also been busy hosting our Movement Ecology and Leadership and Organizational Seasons virtual trainings and cohorts throughout the year with more to come in 2023.
Additionally, we have grown our team, welcoming two new members to our staff, and have opened a new office in East Boston which we hope can be a movement home for years to come.
In the next year we hope to find a physical space to house our Ayni School and continue to develop new & exciting projects, such as a mutual aid community counseling program, that can help social movement leaders across the world. We will also be announcing more trainings next year as well, and plan to launch more courses via the Ayni School website. And as always, we are honored to continue supporting and working with our indigenous elders in Latin America as we premiere a new full-length documentary installment of the Mysteries of the Andes Series - we hope to bring them back to the U.S. for another educational conference and tour.
If we have made an impact on you or your organization through our trainings or materials, please consider making a donation today to help us reach our goals in 2023!
