Dear Friend of CURE Epilepsy,

Epilepsy struck my son, Dominic, fast. As a 3-year-old, he was having more than 1,000 seizures per day, and lost his ability to walk and talk. At the time, he was taking four different anti-seizure medications, but nothing was helping.

My family has been watching CURE Epilepsy’s Giving Tuesday progress today with so much excitement. It is so important to us that we continue to fund research that will, one day, change the lives of people living with epilepsy, like Dominic.

Today, thanks to research, Dominic is a thriving second grader. While he still has about 20 nocturnal seizures per month, every day we celebrate the progress he has made. But, along with 65 million people worldwide, our family is still waiting for a cure. While $100,000 is a lot of money, together, I know we can raise it, today, on Giving Tuesday. Please join our family in supporting CURE Epilepsy this Giving Tuesday so that we can help more critical research take flight.
