The movement to expand the Court is growing everyday and we need to keep this momentum going into 2023. We can do this. But we can’t do it alone.

In 2016, Republicans stole a Supreme Court seat from President Obama.

In 2020, they rushed Amy Coney Barrett onto the Supreme Court after more than 58 million votes had already been cast in a presidential election.

In the years since, we’ve all watched as six right-wing justices gutted decades-long precedents on everything from gun safety and voting rights to reproductive justice with impunity. Every single day it becomes more clear: In order to truly protect our rights and safeguard our democracy, we’ve got to rein in this out-of-control Court.

That’s why today, on #GivingTuesday, we’re launching an ambitious fundraising goal: We need to raise $10,000 before the clock strikes midnight on December 31 to ensure we have the resources we need to meet the challenges ahead. Can you stand with us today?

When we started this fight after Republicans stole the seat from President Obama, many wrote it off as a long shot. But in just a few short years we’ve seen it grow to a national movement with the backing of more than 130 advocacy groups from around the country and some of the most influential lawmakers in America.

And this summer, after the Supreme Court overturned 50 years of settled law to end abortion rights as we know them, we saw thousands take to the streets to rebuke the decision. The Dobbs decision pulled back the curtain on the justices to expose them as the right-wing partisans that they always have been — and the American people took notice.

The movement to expand the Court is growing everyday and we need to keep this momentum going into 2023. We can do this. But we can’t do it alone.

If you’re able, will you make a donation to help us meet our goal? Every contribution will help us continue building support for expansion in the streets and in the halls of Congress.

The Supreme Court doesn’t get the last word in our democracy — we the people do, and we’re ready to fight back. Thanks for being a part of this,
