John, The Law Enforcement Action Partnership’s #GivingTuesday celebration continues with some very familiar faces: former Executive Director and current Board Treasurer Major Neill Franklin (Ret.) and current Executive Director Lt. Diane Goldstein (Ret.). Having both served as executive director, leading LEAP's staff, Neill and Diane know better than anyone that our team has a tireless commitment to community health and safety. They know that without law enforcement voices calling for more ethical and effective criminal justice and drug policies, the movement to build safer, stronger neighborhoods wouldn’t have the momentum that it does. |
