Aysha Ahmed here, Emgage’s Development Manager. Giving Tuesday is in full swing, and I am so thrilled by the amount of support the Emgage community has already received. It’s truly humbling to get to serve people who truly value our work and want to support our mission.
This year, we engaged with over 60 rising changemakers through our Emerging Leaders program. These individuals learned how to tell their personal stories, identify and navigate power structures, develop career goals and professional networks, discuss critical policy issues and learn how to advocate for them, manage strategic field operations and win their campaigns, and so much more. The Emerging Leaders program reminds me why this work is so impactful: because I get to train with these talented and thoughtful leaders that aren't afraid to dream big. |
