North Central Florida is home to the largest concentration of freshwater springs in the world. They play a vital role in the health of the Floridan Aquifer, our state's source of drinking water. 

That's why I made protecting our district's springs at the center of my environmental platform for Congress. We need to stand up to massive corporations like Nestle and phosphate mining companies who are pumping our springs dry and dumping toxic runoff into our water sources. 

For Giving Tuesday, I am supporting my friends at The Florida Springs Council. They are fighting for our springs by driving the "Nestle" lawsuit and spending countless hours lobbying the state legislature for better environmental policies. They can't do this without our help.
