Less than two weeks ago, hundreds gathered in New York City for a bold public display of opposition to the U.S. proxy war strategy in Ukraine. We demanded negotiations instead of escalation. This powerful gathering was addressed by Noam Chomsky, Eugene Puryear, Dr. Jill Stein, Claudia de la Cruz, Vijay Prashad and many other leaders who defied the war hysteria built up by the corporate media since the conflict began.

As the consequences of the war are felt more and more acutely, we will continue to publicly demonstrate and speak out against the U.S. policy of intervention that is reckless beyond words.

First up is January 14, when we will gather again in New York City for a march and assembly to bring together an even greater number of people who stand for peace.

In the wake of a devastating fire and later hurricane, we mobilized for public activities and helped place ads in the New York Times demanding that the U.S. government let Cuba live.
