✔️ American voters — In this year’s midterm elections, American voters stood up for democracy and rejected having people who don’t believe in democracy and in our elections in the top election official spots in all the key states.
✔️ Election officials —The hard work of administering the critical infrastructure of our elections rests with committed public servants, many of whom have faced unprecedented threats and abuse in response to unfounded conspiracy theories. ✔️ The Verified Voting team — While our work to strengthen democracy goes on year round, year in and year out, election season is, of course, one of the busiest! This post-election season our team has been providing expert support and technical assistance to election officials conducting risk-limiting audits, while continuing advocacy and policy work to improve future election cycles, and continuing the research and data work that underpin our facts-based public education initiatives as we work to help build justified trust in our elections.
