• The U.S. Supreme Court overturned its erroneous decision in Roe v. Wade with Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. AUL’s Clarke Forsythe was cited by Justice Samuel Alito in the decision!

• We've seen life win at the federal level as judges dismiss pro-abortion lawsuits and affirm lifesaving laws.

• Even while previously restricted by Roe, thirteen states prepared conditional laws to abolish abortion. These laws were activated once the Supreme Court overruled Roe and returned the abortion issue to the democratic process.

• Since Dobbs, state lawmakers passed 28 pro-life laws that safeguard women’s health and safety, abolish abortion, enhance conscience rights, protect unborn children against disability-selective abortions, and expand social welfare support for pregnant women and young families.
