This summer, Brenda attended ISN's Ignatian Justice Summit on Ecology and Migration with multiple members of the University of Detroit Mercy's migration club, the Titan Dreamers.


"The Summit gave me the confidence and support to continue the work of social justice at the University of Detroit Mercy. I am now able to implement the leadership skills I gained to have those difficult conversations ... I can proudly say that our migration club, Titan Dreamers, has expanded its recruiting and is flourishing.
I can’t wait for our next project!"
