Teen Vogue used to focus on fashion… now it focuses on propaganda.
Its latest propaganda piece claims that teachers are dramatically underpaid. Of course, the numbers are a lie.
- Rather than using average salaries, they used starting salaries;
- They conveniently failed to mention that teachers have a two-month summer break.
- Many teachers can take advantage of federal programs to forgive their student debt. Teen Vogue hides this fact.
Their statistics ignore the generous health care and pension benefits that educators receive.
News outlets such as CNN and the New York Times preach to the choir, but sites like Teen Vogue speak to easily influenced young people. If you wonder why so many young people embrace socialism, it’s because of these propaganda outlets.
