Change is already happening. For over 40 years, Race Forward has worked across the nation to alter our country’s course by addressing structural racism in all its forms: through dramatic growth in our racial justice training offerings, increased participation in our in-person and virtual events, implementation of our frameworks in hundreds of municipal agencies at every level, and the launch of new programs that are addressing equity and justice issues in education, arts, and government. In short, Race Forward has honed its experience, grown its expertise, and delivered impactful programs. And we don’t just do this work for future generations - we do this for those of us living through injustice right now.
