As a fully grassroots organization, going up against the entire political establishment, we’re counting on an influx of donations tomorrow to help us reach our November fundraising goal.

With your support, we’ve overcome a lot. Despite millions of dollars spent by right-wing super PACs against us and our candidates — we helped every single member of the squad win re-election and we expanded our bloc by powering Summer Lee and Greg Casar to victory.

Money has always been our biggest obstacle. We can’t rely on billionaire donors or corporate PACs to pick up the slack when fundraising is down, we rely on thousands of grassroots contributions to recruit candidates and help them win.

We’re setting a goal to raise $30,000 before midnight tomorrow for Giving Tuesday and it’s going to take every single JD supporter chipping in what they can for us to get there.

We operate on a pretty tight budget, especially compared to other political organizations. Our average donation this year is just $18.23. We’re proud of that but it also means we need a lot of small-dollar donations to fuel our primaries.

We promise to use your donation in the best, most effective way possible. And we will fight tooth and nail to elect more progressive champions like AOC to Congress who will work for the people. Because we don’t just need Democrats in Congress, we need better Democrats — Democrats who reject corporate PAC contributions and actually work for their communities.
