AND IF we don't have those resources, no one will be happier than Donald Trump, who won't think that Joe is ready to take him on.

Look, we know this isn't true. Joe Biden is ready to take on Donald Trump. In fact, he's the only candidate that's currently beating him in crucial swing states. But we need to back up these polls with committed Democratic donors.
