John,
The first public poll of the Georgia runoff for Senate came out a few days ago. Here are some of the findings:1
- Raphael Warnock leads Herschel Walker overall by a margin of 51%-47%.
- Voters under the age of 50, independents, and Black voters all break for Warnock by significant margins.
-
96% of likely voters in this poll say they voted in the general election.
This will be a close race — again — but we know who we need to turn out to win. Now we just need to do the work.

WFP has a long history of organizing and community-building in Georgia, John.
We launched our efforts in Georgia in 2017. And every year since we have been on the ground, even in “off years,” organizing and strengthening our coalition.
In 2020, WFP organizers in Georgia sent more than 1.4 million texts, made over 400,000 phone calls, and trained and activated more than 250 local volunteers.
During the runoffs in 2021, we sent over 7.4 million texts, made over 560,000 calls, and knocked on more than 230,000 doors in just six weeks.
Now, with just over a week to go until the December 6th runoff, we’ve already sent nearly 400,000 texts, knocked on nearly 30,000 doors, and launched digital ads as part of a comprehensive, data-driven program — just like we’ve done in the past to great success.
But in a race this close, with a timeline this short, and with a critical 51st vote in the Senate on the line, we need to take full advantage of every opportunity over the next few days.
John, we know our organizing works. Now, it’s time for us to do it again — but we need your help. Can you make a $4 donation today to support our work to get out the vote in Georgia?
