Before your inbox is flooded with Giving Tuesday emails tomorrow, OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates is offering you a way to maximize your tax benefits while advancing the social, political, and economic well-being of AAPIs: Stock Monday!

What is Stock Monday? Stock Monday encourages supporters of OCA to make a stock gift before December 31st. With the recent rise in inflation and interest rates, this maximizes your tax benefits and saves your cash for your own immediate needs, all while uplifting and empowering AAPIs.

How does it work? We’ve partnered with FreeWill, a secure, online stock giving platform ([link removed]) , to make it simple. Here’s how it works:

● You select which securities to donate. Keep in mind that tax benefits tend to be the biggest if you’ve held the stock for at least one year.

● FreeWill’s platform will auto-complete your forms, and help you submit a request to transfer the securities

● We receive your gift intention along with your information, so we can thank you!
