Headwaters’ work is change-work. So, in the face of ongoing change in our communities in fiscal year 2022, Headwaters stayed rooted in our mission to amplifying the power of community to advance equity and justice.
In fiscal year 2022, Headwaters moved more than $3.4 million to movement organizations in Minnesota working towards justice, liberation, self-determination, and community vitality and vibrancy. We grew our donor community, increased our grantmaking, and doubled our average grantmaking size.
