Dear John,
Headwaters’ work is change-work. So, in the face of ongoing change in our communities in fiscal year 2022, Headwaters stayed rooted in our mission to amplifying the power of community to advance equity and justice.
In fiscal year 2022, Headwaters moved more than $3.4 million to movement organizations in Minnesota working towards justice, liberation, self-determination, and community vitality and vibrancy. We grew our donor community, increased our grantmaking, and doubled our average grantmaking size.
We’re excited to share our story of impact in
Headwaters’ Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Report.<[link removed]>
We hope you’ll explore this report and learn more about how our work has taken shape and grown this year.
Thank you for being on this journey with us—for all of your contributions this past year and for sharing in our dreams of what is yet to come. Right now, our staff is building on this hard work and is currently co-creating the next chapter of the Foundation and we can’t wait to share more soon.
